The weight of the frame consists of 90% of the whole gazebo. The weight of the frame is determined by the thickness of the steel plate and sizes of the cross bars and legs. What you can not see is the thickness of the steel plate, but what you can see is the weight. The thinner steel plate and the smaller sizes of the cross bars and legs, the less durable the gazebo is and it is more likely that the gazebo will fail in wind. A lot of the 3×3m instant gazebos in the market are between 12-20kg, which suggests that the thickness of their steel plates is between 0.4-0.6mm. The thickness of TentStar steel plate is between 0.8-1.0mm, which makes our 3×3m gazebo weighted 27kg, 3×4.5m gazebo weighted 35kg and 3×6m gazebo weighted 48kg.  That’s why our gazebos can be used more safely when the wind speed is up to 50km/hour.
